SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
We process all orders within 2-3 business days. No orders are processed on weekends or holidays. At times we can experience a high volume of orders so your shipment may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay in the shipment of your order may occur we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note: Delivery of your order could be delayed due to the increased shipping volumes from the Covid-19 pandemic and constrained supply chain dynamics.

USPS shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as real-time rates. Local pick-up is free and we will email you when it’s ready.

FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
Though rare, free shipping exclusions will be noted on our home page or at the product page level. As a small business we are offering our products at already discounted rates.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
The Maple Lodge LLC is excited to ship our products to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
The Maple Lodge LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
