The Maple Lodge is a 236-acre maple farm located in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania. Owned and operated by Zach and Julie Wnek, we specialize in producing 100% pure maple syrup and other value-added maple products.

Bread Machine Maple Oatmeal Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup very hot water
½ cup rolled oats
3 Tablespoons softened butter
¼ cup 100% Pure Pennsylvania Maple Syrup
3 cups bread flour
¼ cup sugar (maple is best, white will do)
1 teaspoon salt
1 package of dry yeast
1 large egg, unbeaten

Preparation
Combine hot water, rolled oats, butter, maple syrup and salt. Let this mixture cool to lukewarm. Add egg. Follow your bread machine directions for order of wet and dry ingredients and yeast. Use a white bread setting.

Maple No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup maple syrup
2 cups rolled oats

Preparation
Stir peanut butter and syrup together. Heat until warm. Stir in oats. Scoop onto lined pan. Flatten with fork. Freeze for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
