The maple syrup is a favorite pantry item because it is so versatile and adds perfect flavor to any dish – to top pancakes/waffles, to use a sugar substitute in baked goods, and to glaze salmon, pork and chicken. The cotton candy is a great treat.  The maple cream makes an amazing topping for muffins, cakes, and bagels.
